Our recently updated memory care unit provides an inviting environment for individuals who need additional support, while private rooms offer comfort, privacy, and a place to feel at home. From rehabilitation and recovery to ongoing care, we are committed to meeting each resident where they are, providing personalized support and helping make the transition from our community back home as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Therapy Services

Our therapy program provides personalized rehabilitation plans designed around each resident’s goals, abilities, and needs. Therapy can be implemented at any point and in any unit of the nursing home, allowing residents to receive support wherever they are in their care journey. In-House Dialysis

For residents who require dialysis, receiving care should be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Athene Nursing & Rehabilitation offers in house dialysis services, allowing residents to receive their treatments right here at the facility without the need for frequent trips to an outside dialysis center. This added convenience helps reduce travel and disruption to their daily routines, giving residents and their families greater peace of mind while keeping them close to the familiar surroundings and caring team they know.

  • "This facility was purchased about a year and a half ago. They have invested in improvements which are ongoing. They have plans to expand their care services -i.e. in-house dialysis. They offer PT, OT, and ST as needed up to 5 days a week in addition to transportation to dialysis and doc appointments. They can't fix prior issues overnight. All issues and concerns have been addressed -which have been minimal. Staff has been extraordinary. All flooring has bene replaced with lamenent. HVAC being completely replaced. Give it your consideration."

From the wonderful new activities director keeping us busy to enjoying time enjoying the wildlife they bring peace of mind. The new administrator is awesome. She has kept her word in making changes and has. You will always get a warm reception at the receptionist desk with a hearty smile. We have a new state of the art dialysis center the therapy is top notch. This place has made lots of changes within the last month or so. From the nurses all the way down to housekeeping."
